VHR: Annual inspection for vacation rentals

 

FAQ:

1.  VHR: After your inspection, you will receive a detailed report on your fire sprinkler system.  If you pass this report can be sent to local agencies to approve your ability to rent your home/condo.

2.  Antifreeze:  As of September 2022 NFPA Standards require that all systems be filled with a UL Listed Antifreeze.  If your system is older than 2021 it could be required to upgrade your antifreeze to a UL Listed Antifreeze in order to pass the inspection.

3.  As a licensed Nevada and California Fire Sprinkler Contractor when we inspect and tag your system we become liable for a life-saving system.
