FIRE SPRINKLER INSPECTIONS
ANNUAL RESIDENTIAL
VHR: Annual inspection for vacation rentals
FAQ:
1. VHR: After your inspection, you will receive a detailed report on your fire sprinkler system. If you pass this report can be sent to local agencies to approve your ability to rent your home/condo.
2. Antifreeze: As of September 2022 NFPA Standards require that all systems be filled with a UL Listed Antifreeze. If your system is older than 2021 it could be required to upgrade your antifreeze to a UL Listed Antifreeze in order to pass the inspection.
3. As a licensed Nevada and California Fire Sprinkler Contractor when we inspect and tag your system we become liable for a life-saving system.
The safety and well-being of your family and property are paramount, and a residential fire sprinkler system plays a pivotal role in safeguarding your home against the devastating impact of fires. However, simply installing a fire sprinkler system is not enough. Regular maintenance, especially annual inspections, is essential to ensure your system functions optimally when needed most.
